The Emerald building in Edwards, CO is a 23,000 sq. ft. 3 level commercial building located in the Riverwallc complex. Riverwalk has been the most successful commercial development in Eagle County in recent history.
Showcase performed steel stud framing, drywall installation and finishing of approximately 3,000 sheets. The total labor and supervision on the Emerald building at peak construction periods was 15 to 18 persons.
